At a private meeting in Washington today, Ambassador Akbar Ahmed presented a copy of the film, Journey into Europe, to His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan. The photo was taken by Patrick Burnett just after Ambassador Ahmed introduced him to His Majesty as a young American scholar who, along with Ambassador Ahmed’s entire team, is working to build bridges between the West and the Muslim World.
